Carvel Hall stainless steel cutlery, Leisure

Manufacturer: Chas. D. Briddell (Crisfield, Maryland)

This cutlery set arose from the request of steak-knife manufacturer Briddell; it was a cost-effective stainless steel set with a high-end look-and-feel produced for the American market. The cutlery that Nelson's studio developed together with the manufacturer included a knife, a fork, and a spoon, a broad soup spoon, a butter knife, three serving spoons, a cocktail spoon, as well as a steak knife and fork. Additional items included cutlery with wooden handles, a slice, various knives, and an electrical knife sharpener.
