Elliot Erwitt House, Hastings-on-Hudson, New York

During the building of this house, Erwitt was president of the photography agency Magnum. The architect was Roy Johnson. The Nelson office furnished the house with Herman Miller designs. The Erwitts received the furniture at a discount, and in return Herman Miller was allowed to use photographs of the interior in their advertising. Like the Wood Products Research House, the Erwitt House was presented in the Herman Miller advertising brochure Three Interiors.
